The story:

My 2-year-old son, Christian, was recently playing in the bathtub with his boats while cheerfully singing this version of "Row, Row, Row Your Boat". I've checked with the other adults and older kids that he's around, and nobody had taught him this version -- so I think he came up with this existentialist take on the nursery rhyme all by himself. I'm so amused that I have no intention of correcting his version any time soon.
