The story:

In front of the whole class, I asked my kindergarten teach what my "pleasure lesions" were and who Richard Stands was. She turned so red I thought she was going to pop. When she recovered she asked me not to repeat that and explained what the real words were. Never did explain those "pleasure lesions," or what Richard Stands had to do with them.
