That is what I though it said the first few times I heard the song. I said to a friend, "have you heard the new Harlem fat girl song by Gwen Stefani?" She said, "are you serious?" And just started laughing hysterically. I had to look up the lyrics on the internet. I still sing Harlem fat girl.
