The story:

I've listened to this song hundreds of times of the past year, but just recently decided to look up the lyrics. I always thought she was singing, that "your child at home is just proud who'd I'd boned", which made no sense and didn't really fit with the rest of the lyrics. I looked up the lyrics because a friend of mine was listening to the song and said that she was actually singing "Your childhood home is just powder white bones". Now I feel really stupid.
