The story:

I was driving my younger brothers to school and we were listening to Cyndi Lauper, my mom's CD. We all heard "midgit" instead of magic and cracked up laughing. We knew it wasn't supposed to be "midgit" but it took us three weeks to find out what the real lyrics were. Needless to say, whenever we hear that song we snigger when Cyndi sings about the Midgit in the hat full of stars.
