My parents used to listen to the Eagles a lot when I was young, in the 70s. I misheard A LOT of their songs. For this one, I imagined a woman who had bright green glowing eyes hiding under the bed, but her lion eyes were so bright, she couldn't hide them. Hey, it made a lot of sense to a 4 year old! I realized me mistake when I was old enough to read and saw the real song title.
