It was my husband actually who thought the song was speaking of a girl named shelia, who must've been related to The Fonz somehow. We were riding around playing the Verve Pipe cd and he blurted those insane lyrics and after that even asked, and I quote, "I wonder who Shelia Punkarelli is?"
