The story:

I remembered the song from my youth but never payed attention to the lyrics. Years later, I started hearing it on the radio again, and remembered how good of a song it is. I was talking to a friend online and asked him if he remembered the song that went "When I wake up, I put on make up" and said I thought it was Plowed by Sponge. He said "yes it Plowed you moron, but you got the lyrics all wrong" and he corrected me. Oops !
