My brother and I used to be HUGE Ben Folds fans when I was about 12 and he was 16...when I was that age, saying "m********es" was a big deal and was never said...so I would always try to make conversation during that part of the song, because it was embarrassing to have my brother hear me sing about masturbating! But then I looked up the lyrics in the album cover and realized that it was once again safe to sing. It still sounds like it says "m********es" to me though.
