What's love? A second handy motion

The story:

When I was a tiny child, I saw Tina Turner doing some funny hand gesture (I guess it was a dance move) during a performance or video for this song on TV, during this line of the song. Naturally, I figured that this hand dance move must be a "handy motion." And since she seemed to do it twice in the performance during that line, it was obvious to me she was not specifying the FIRST handy motion, but rather the SECOND handy motion. To this day, I feel an uncontrollable urge to make the first and second handy motions when I hear the song (or sing it to myself!) My brother thought mine was right and learned to flawlessly perform both handy motions.
