The Story: You smell like goat, I'll see you in hell
A couple of weeks ago (autumn 2006), as a woman in her 30s, I'm hearing this song on the radio for the umpteenth time, humming along, hearing "Way Down South" when, after it's done, a DJ finally announces the name of the song and I actually happen to be listening. I realize that I've heard of a song called "Lay Down Sally" before but had no idea this was it. It all comes together in my head, finally. I've revealed this to no one in real life.
