Walk or die

The story:

Sorry if Streetheart seem like an obscure contribution; I had to
do some Net research to figure out that it was this Winnipeg
band that burned hot with seven albums in four years before
breaking up in 1983.

I can't remember the venue in which I heard it but it must have
been getting some serious Can Con play (Canadian content on
the radio) in 1982. The hooks of the song are the staccato
refrain, "One -- More Time. Get it up. One. More Time." I must
have heard the song five or six times before I asked somebody
who's playing that "Walk or Die" song. Once I heard it as "Walk.
Or Die" I couldn't UN-hear it...or UN-imagine the overbearing
hall monitor that must be the subject of the song.
