The story:

The song had just come out and it was playing on one of the
local radio stations. When the chorus rolled around my mom
and I both turned to each other in shock thinking, "Did he just
say 'vato vato'?" (We're Mexican so we thought maybe it was
right.) I googled the lyrics later that day only to find out we
were both wrong. But we laughed it off, so it's no big deal.
