The story:

I thought using the word muggle was strange, but I had heard it was a drug term before Harry Potter, so I didn't think too much of it. Then, I begin to hear the phrase "to muggle" in other David Bowie songs with the word "tomorrow" (i.e. 1984). I finally got suspicious and decided to look up the lyrics to these songs and discovered my mistake.
