The story:

This really was a shocking revelation to me at the time, i'd been singing it on the coach for years, quietly luckily, on the way to school. One day when we turned the corner of my road i saw the wood behind the trees and in a moment on non-dyslexia i realised that sheryl crow was going to go and 'salt' some hard people. How i thought it was this in the first place still perplexes me.
