The story:

On a houseboat on a biennial trip with 14 old friends. We've always prided ourselves on our Buffett knowledge...one drunk night during a group dance and sing-along on the "veranda" (top deck), we each took turns singing out loud and clear certain parts of the song. They will never let me forget it. Laughed themselves silly and, I was happy to note, a few topped off their intoxication with a few more shots of tequila on my behalf and were hurtin' puppies in the morning.
