The story:

Every time I listen to this song I hear the wrong lyric as I noted (it just sounds like that to me for some reason). I remember the first time I heard it thinking could not have heard what I just did since it was on NPR uncensored. I had to look up the actual lyrics out of curiosity and to make sure. My wife and I always get a kick out of singing the chorus as I hear it when the song is on.
