The story:

I was talking with my girl Terri about
misheard song lyrics, and asked her what she
thought the words were for this son. We
discussed it at great length until one of us
finally looked it up and found out how wrong
we really were. Terri figured that if the
guy was blind, and living in a blind man's
world. It would be easy for him (not knowing
what he looked like), to think he was God's
gift to girls.
