There's a beetle in my arm

The story:

i posted a topic on the aerosmith message board asking what the song was supposed to mean and i thought they really liked animalsif they wrote a song about a farm. and someone replied it's about a drug reahab. i was shocked and they said 'take the 2nd line in the song, "there's a needle in my arm"' and all along i thought it said "beetle"
