Not being from England, when I first heard it I thought it was either
A. a song about some boys challenging girls from their suburb to a breakdancing or freestyle rap competition or something.
B. the western boys getting mad at the eastern boys stealing their girls.
Years and years later I find the real lyrics while searching for this song on youtube...
