I have legitimately no idea how I misheard it like this. The first time I heard the song was in an episode of The Young Ones, and until I heard it again outside of the show I had no idea of how wrong I was. How young was I when I had this mondegreen? Maybe 8. What was I doing watching The Young Ones at 8? That's for me tae knoo and you tae find oot aboot.
