Teenage Wasteland was the name of the radio show I had followed on WFMU 91.1 FM for over 7 years as a dj and the host of the show Teenage Wasteland was one of my best friends. He never found out I was mistaken. I kept the mistake to myself, learned about it 25 plus years after heard the song.
