The story:

Being the mother of 2 teenage boys (now young men)
that were Hip-Hop/Rap music fans, I had to listen to
it A LOT while chauffeurring them to sports and
other school related activities.
Party Up by DMX came on the radio and it had a
catchy beat/tempo to it that I actually enjoyed.
However, I had some difficulty understanding some of
the lyrics.
So, I sang along with DMX as he professed his love
of tacos. Of course, the boys laughed and corrected
me. BUT, because tacos happened to be one of my
boys' favorite foods, we continued to sing our Taco
version of the song and still do today. It has
become our family's Taco Night theme song.
