So I took her out giggin frogs introduced her to my ober-dome
And sang her every Wilie Nelson song I could think of

    Artist: Big And Rich
Real Lyric: So I took her out giggin frogs, and introduced her to my old bird dogAnd sang her every Wilie Nelson song I could think of

    The story:

I really felt stupid. I was in the car with my husband, who loves the song. I have heard better, but the song came on the radio and I was thinking about how I couldn't understand what the guy meant when he said "introduced her to my ober-dome." I thought maybe it was some kind of farming equipment that I had never heard of. So I asked him what is a Ober-dome was, thinking he would know(he was raised on a farm). He asked "what are you talking about?" I explained that in the song he says "introduced her to my Ober-dome". He said "Old bird Dog" and starting laughing. He continued laughing as the night when on. I will never live that down. Although now the song makes perfect sense. I still don't care for the song!
