Roll your stone through every open door

The story:

I heard the beginning of the verse as "roll your stone", and thought it must make sense because you always hear all these lyrics and philosophical statements about a rolling stone, so I **sumed it was right. Then I saw it was "throw your soul", but I still like to sing "roll your stone", because I can't help but visualize someone rolling a boulder like a bowling ball through all the open doors they can find (though somebody "throwing themselves" through them would be funny, too).
