50 yrs old. Just got the J-H boxed set.
Opened it up and started reading the book. Found out that Jimi was a SciFi addict, and that Purple Haze wasn't acid, but a fog that surrounded a space ship in one of the novels he read. Anyway, me and the guys always thought "oz" was ebonics for "is".
