Paul Heaton's phrasing is very strange on that line, with a pause halfway through the word "anorexic" (has that word ever been used in a song before?) and there is a very prominent electric piano part just before. I asked my wife what the words were after "Piano!" and she said "It doesn't SAY 'Piano!'"
