Ah, the problem with hearing a song in a language
in which you are only partly fluent, and have
mined the Collins English-Spanish Expanded
Dictionary for all the swear words and off-colour
words.
When you know the word "merda" or "mierda" means
"$hit", the chorus makes very good sense.
Evidently the narrator is in the bulk fertiliser
business and bemoaning his ability to make a
honest peseta...
Alternatively in the modern context, post 9/11,
the narrator is cursing the damnyankees for
setting up a torture camp:
"Guantanemero! For it was Guantanemeroo!"
