Being an 80's child, I had known, and had been singing this song this way for years. While watching a Best Buy commercial, me and my friends heard the song, and I sang my words. No one else knew the words, so they followed my lead, and sang the same words! Later, one of my friends said that those couldnt be the words, and looked up the song lyrics on the internet, where I was surprised after so many years!
