This song was a guilty pleasure of mine, because no one else I knew liked glam rock. Anyway one time this guy was listening to DL in one o' my classes, and I'm like "What the heck are they saying in this song?" He responds "Pour some sugar on me... It's the NAME of the song." I had always figured it was in another language or something. The other one happened the same day. I was singin' it, and got corrected.
