Listening to KWPT 100.3/102.7 The Point, featuring the Best Rock and Roll of All Time, All the Time...Carole Anne featured Donovan for the "Artist of the Day". She played Barabajagal,and I got it on the brain. I've owned this album in vinyl for at least 30 years. (no turntable for about 19 yrs). I was randomly singing lyrics while working with a friend, who looked puzzled when I sang, "Love is hot. Truth is Motown!" OK, I thought, maybe that is even weirder than Donovan usually is... so I looked the lyrics up and just burst out laughing.... 30 years of it! Love is hot, truth is MOLTEN! jeez. makes sense. But in a weird way, so does my mishearing... If you believe in rock and roll, maybe truth IS Motown....?
