I KNEW it must be the title line, nor had I any idea what a hopsing plum would be, but then, musicians sometimes change their lines. Liner notes are not always THE TRUTH! I didn't ever think this one funny, but my enjoyment of the music was disturbed greatly by my ineptitude to get rid of my own constant mishearing of the word, so I soon hated the song. Why can't those singers pronounce clearly?!
