From the time I first heard this song (about age 11) I understood
that in this context, "Voulez-vous?" was a rhetorical question.
Neither she nor he would be there if the answer were not "Oui".
So my version made sense to me: they have already chosen
their answer. Only when reading a different wrong version of this
line on this site did I learn otherwise.
