Knights in armor intent on shivaree

The story:

I just pictured them banging on their armor to make as much noise
as possible at a "shivaree" (an Irish tradition of banging pots in the
middle of the night after the wedding beneath the newlyweds'
window )
Not as romantic as the original but I thought it was just Van being
Van -- my bf at the time thought I was nuts
