Why should it be?

The story:

This was when I was about seven, and I had a Lone Ranger doll and was very into cowboys. I assumed that they were speaking some sort of Native American language, like Tonto calling the Lone Ranger 'Kemosabe'. I was singing along happily one day in the car when my entire family turned and looked at me and said, "What are you singing?" They pointed out that since both the song and the album were called "People are People", I really should have made the connection myself.
