The story:

I was trying to impress my teenage daughter with how many lyrics I could remember from songs from the 80's and "Take it Easy" came on the CD we were playing. I was singing along and she happened to know this song. She said "What did you say?" She just thought it was hilarious that she caught me in a good-natured boast about my lyrical abilities....you know how it is when a daughter can actually say, "Mom! I know this better than you!" Plus, I always had this silly image of a girl floating down the street in a bed....how in the world could she slow down to take a look at him?
