I'm searching for the Ryvitas that I've got in my mind

The story:

When the song was initially released back in the mid 1990's, it was played at the same time each morning for around a week or so on the BBC Radio 1 breakfast show, possibly as their single of the week, I can't be sure. Anyway, the timing coincided with the time my alarm clock would awaken me, playing Radio 1 and so, for a sequence of mornings I awoke to this song playing. Now then, for those that don't know, Ryvitas are a kind of crackerbread in the UK, usually associated with dieting and it always confused me as to why this happy-go-lucky indie band would feel the need to sing about such a boring foodstuff. Anyway, I learnt the full lyric some months later but I STILL sing my version whenever I hear it.
