I'm not the first you shot down

The story:

My best friend and I were driving to Chicago along with some other friends. This being a Fuel song both me and her enjoy singing quite loud and angry-like, I decided to put it on the mix I was making for the trip. Note that I said LOUD. So, it gets to the song and, of course, I sing it as loud as I ever have before. But for some odd reason known to no one but the great whatever himself, the CD decides to skip. Normally my wrong lyrics would not have slid as they usually do, but now everyone in the car heard. They proceed to laugh at me for the next ten minutes before stopping to mock me some more. Then, after who knows how long, we decide "shot down" is a better lyric anyway and offically change it for at least the rest of the way to Chicago.
