The Story: You smell like goat, I'll see you in hell
The first time I heard (or noticed?) the song I was 21. I quickly got into it and started to sing along what I could pick up. My dad, next to me, who heard the song many times in his youth, started laughing and looking at me. I was singing, while wondering why Elton John would sing «I'm a girl»... well he didn't sing that!!! he was signing «island girl!». My excuse? I thought it was related to his comming out of the closet... but I found his way of dealing with it a little odd... turns out it wasn't that. My dad and I had a good laugh.
