I'd just started working for a trendy teen boutique when this song first came out, and everyone there was MUCH younger than I was. My boss LOVED the song, so to show him I was up on current music I went around singing the wrong lyric one afternoon. It wasn't until I heard the SECOND sentence that I realized what an idiot I was! He laughed until he cried.
