I tend to pick up lyrics to a song so that I can sing along with it swimmingly, but cannot quite manage without the actual recording backing me up. This was one of those cases where I was just singing to myself and got the wrong words stuck in my head. Now they pop up even when I am listening to the actual song. In my defence, though, I suspected that I had the wrong lyrics... eventually.
