I misheard this lyric as a young kid, around age 5 or so. Between the way he pronounced it, and the fact that I didn't understand "party" used as a verb, I just naturally assumed he was saying "potty." My brothers and sisters laughingly corrected me. Funny I would think someone like Paul Stanley was singing about going wee-wee!
