Actually it was my brother. When he was in High School he took a class called "Rock and Roll Literature." One of his assignments was to listen to a song and write the lyrics down. When he asked me to check the lyrics he wrote down to Hotel California, I laughed my ass off for about 10 minutes! It mad no sense whatsoever! We still joke about it to this day!
