I can't handle the Citizen's band

The story:

This is a hidden track on Guerilla, you have to rewind the CD manually from the first track. All the lyrics are references to CB radio, and are generally funny and clever. So I thought the 'handle' reference at the end was the cherry on the cake. Then my brother pointed it out to me when I was singing it in his car. I don't think the lyric is clever anymore...
