I still remember when I first heard this song. It was playing on the car radio when My brother picked me up from junior high school one day. When I heard what sounded like "milko", I thought to myself; "what the heck is milko?" "some kind of chocolate milk beverage?" I was thirteen at the time. 1975, I think. I even remember the car; a red 1965 Dodge.
