It was actually my boyfriend that misheard the lyrics. We were in the car and he being a musician was singing and convinced that he was singing it right. I laughed and told him what it really said. He didnt believe me until we went to the mall so I could show him the CD and the title of the song "voices carry" 5 years later I still tease him when we hear it and he still blushes.
