I was singing to this song in the car and my husband who is a singer in a band and performs this cover stopped the car cold and said what are you saying? I told him and he said what the heck is a hiney nine? I said I don't know...its just what they say in the song. Rich, my husband cracked up and then sang the verse for me and his version made sense but still to this day when I hear the song I still here the hiney nines...
