When I was little, my brother had a friend named Joe Kane and I had a major crush on him. I thought it was so cool to have a song named after him! For years, I went around singing it the wrong way. Neither my brother or Joe Kane would tell me it was wrong, until I saw a video of it on MTV many years later.
