Well I just read the lyrics and then realised what I thought was wrong. But my version kinda makes more sense. He's got his nose to the wind, enjoying the smell of the sh*t, and he's been feeling like sh*t. Sh*t cleans your senses and sheep s**t is Earth's gift back to the meaning of life.
