I work for a company that writes open-source software. I guess I just heard what I wanted to hear... if Brian Molko is a geek, that's an inspiration to us all.
So when I (stupidly) mentioned this amazing evidence of alternative-rock-geekdom to my colleagues, one of them went straight to Google... and read out his findings. Very loudly.
We have an open-plan office. Everybody heard my idol falling...
